Some times we write because we must. Other times, we write because we fear that we might forget how to.
... so we create - frantically, desperately. Believing that our time is now, our vocabularies are valid, our words have meaning, and our love matters.
... at the root of it all is a deep trust that our stories will stand the test of time - told by anyone but ourselves.
That they will remember.
That they will memorize.
That they will tell.
Some times we are right. Other times, we are terribly wrong.
